Dover Township & Dover Borough's Joint Comprehensive Plan

        

Dover Township and Dover Borough have obtained grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Municipal Assistance Program and the Federal Community Development Block Grant, administered by York County, to update their Joint Comprehensive Plan from 2008. Herbert, Rowland and Grubic, Inc. (HRG) was selected through a request for proposal process as the consultant to guide this planning event. The Joint Comprehensive Plan document is a guide for our communities for the next ten years in all aspects of infrastructure and development planning.
